DOCUMENT FOR VISA

Students admitted to the workshop should provide the following documentation that the Italian Ambassy on Theran communicated to Mailab:
1) passport (original and copy of the page with personal data/info) ;
2) copy of eventual previous visa;
3) two color photos for official use
4) official Visa form for study abroad completely filled
5) the official invitation letter and program of the Workshop that are mailed to you after the selection process (May 31) is completed
6) translated educational documents (for students: exams passed and enrollment at your School; for graduated applicants: copy of your degree )
7) bank account balance of the last three months of the participant or of one their parents.
8) Iranian identity card in original and translated in italian
9) departure+return flight reservation
10) hotel reservation or hospitality declaration
11) health insurance for the period of the visa
